Noob fire cape guide

Does ice barrage freeze? It didn't for me yesterday.

Or do you mean hit and run?
TBH, I'd save my runes since you can't buy water runes.. I'd save them to pk with.

yeah i mean hit and run and when i go to pk i do ice barrage then it does air blast weird and idk if it freezez

I don't think it freezes. Last night I lost a few macca GS's because I couldn't freeze and got 1hit koed.(Overpowered much)

I prefer using ags, and I would VERY MUCH LIKE if ancients did fully work.

Ags does hit 45. At 99 str I max at 53 with no pray or pot and without spec.
